Q. What is the material of the necklace?

A. All necklaces sold in our shop are made of 925 silver. There is also a 925 stamp on the product.

Q. Looking at the photo, you can feel the feeling of use, but is it new?

A. The El Dorado necklace is not finished to be shiny but has a darkened mud finish to express its personality. Please be assured that they are all new.

Q. Will it be worn in the sea or rusted by the sea breeze?

A. Silver is a non-oxidizing material, so it will not rust. Therefore, please be assured that there is no problem even if you wear it for fishing in the sea. However, it may turn black (sulfurize) after long-term use. This happens under any circumstances if it is a silver product regardless of the sea breeze, but if you lightly polish the surface with "silver polish" that can be purchased at 100-yen shops, it will shine again.

Q. Are the eye-catching jewels genuine?

A. Of course, we use real jewelry. Please be assured that it is not an imitation.

Q. Can you engrave your favorite characters on the product?

A. We are sorry, but we do not provide engraving, name engraving, or engraving services.

    Q. Can silver cause metal allergies?

    A. Depending on your constitution, metal allergies may develop suddenly. If you have a metal allergy or use it, you may have a rash or itch on your skin.     Q. The silver chain has broken. Can it be repaired?

    Q. Can I order by phone?

    A. We are very sorry, but we cannot accept orders over the phone. This is because verbal orders may cause problems such as misunderstanding of the order details and shipping address. We apologize for the inconvenience, but you can purchase directly from our website or email us from the inquiry page .

    Q. I placed an order, but I haven't received an email. Have you ordered properly?

    A. You may not receive the e-mail if you have set the domain rejection. Before ordering, please set the reception so that you can receive emails from the domain eldorado.red . If you do not receive the email when your order is completed, the order itself has been confirmed, but there is a possibility that you have not received the automatic reply email due to the email settings. If you have any concerns, please contact us from the inquiry page just in case.

    Q. I ordered by mistake. Is it possible to cancel?

    A. Cancellation is possible if you contact us immediately after ordering. However, we cannot accept cancellations because shipping charges have been incurred after the product has been shipped. Please note. If there is something wrong with the product, we will replace it with another one.

    Q. Is it possible to wrap gifts?

    A. Wrapping for gifts is available for a fee. Please check here for details.

    Q. I live overseas. Is it possible to ship overseas?

    A. Of course it is possible. If you wish to ship overseas, we will ship by EMS (Express Mail Service, traceable). However, there are some areas that cannot be delivered. Please check the list of handling areas for details.

    Q. Can I issue a receipt?

    A. It is published as PDF. If you purchased by credit card or bank transfer, we will issue it. If you need a receipt, please let us know the following at the time of purchase.
